C. ISP Tracking and Legal Notices

Using a proxy site generally does not encrypt traffic.

While a proxy hides the destination URL from the ISP (sometimes), it does not hide the user's IP address from the proxy owner or the actual video host.
ISPs monitor traffic patterns. Accessing known piracy hubs can result in Copyright Infringement Notices being sent to the account holder.
