Power Up: Plug in the power adapter. The Power LED should light up immediately, followed by the PON LED after 1–2 minutes. 4. Accessing the Web Interface

Unlike standard routers, the G-010G-R is often "locked" by the ISP. However, if you need to check signal levels (Optical Power), you can usually access it via: Default IP Address: 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1

Default Credentials: Usually found on the sticker at the bottom of the device (often admin/admin or ALC#F7E).

Note: To access the interface, you must set a static IP on your computer (e.g., 192.168.1.10) because the ONT does not usually act as a DHCP server. 5. Troubleshooting Common Issues Red Alarm Light (LOS)

This indicates a Loss of Signal. Ensure the fiber optic cable is pushed in firmly. If the light stays red, there is likely a break in the fiber line outside your home or an outage at the ISP; you will need to call technician support. No Internet (PON light is Green)

If the PON light is solid green but you can't browse, the issue is likely with your router configuration or ISP authentication (PPPoE or DHCP). Try restarting your Wi-Fi router first. Slow Speeds

The G-010G-R supports up to 1Gbps. If you are getting slow speeds, ensure you are using a Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable. Older Cat5 cables are limited to 100Mbps. 6. Technical Specifications

GPON Interface: 2.488 Gbps downstream / 1.244 Gbps upstream. Wavelengths: 1490nm (Receive) / 1310nm (Transmit). Power Consumption: Very low, typically under 5W.
